Terms of service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply to purchases made through haloandstone.co.uk. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About us
Halo & Stone is operated by Halo And Stone, trading as Halo & Stone.
Email: shop@haloandstone.co.uk
2. Products
We aim to describe our jewellery accurately, including its materials, finish and dimensions. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Please check the selected style, size and quantity before ordering. Unless the listing states otherwise, the price is for one selected item rather than every piece pictured.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Any delivery charges will be displayed before you pay.
Discounts apply subject to the conditions shown with each offer. Changes to prices will not affect orders we have already accepted.
4. Placing an order
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details.
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order-received email acknowledges your order; we accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. If we discover a pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel for a refund.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses.
- Processing and dispatch: approximately 3–5 working days.
- Delivery after dispatch: approximately 8–13 working days.
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 11–18 working days from ordering.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Dates shown on product pages are estimates. Multiple items may arrive separately.
If your order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can help resolve it. We remain responsible for your goods until you, or someone you nominate, receives them.
6. Cancellations and returns
You may notify us that you wish to return an item within 30 days of delivery, then send it back within 14 days of notifying us.
Change-of-mind returns are sent to our UK returns address at your expense. Email us for instructions.
You may inspect your jewellery as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond this has reduced its value.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first. When you cancel your whole order, we also refund any standard delivery charge paid.
See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us. We will provide the appropriate remedy under your consumer rights and cover reasonable return costs where the fault or error is ours.
These rights are not limited to our 30-day change-of-mind returns window.
8. Jewellery care
Follow the care instructions supplied or shown on our website. Damage caused by misuse or accidental damage is not a manufacturing fault. Care guidance does not limit your statutory rights.
9. Privacy and website use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
Please do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent orders. Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
10. Liability
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
11. Complaints and changes
For questions or complaints, email shop@haloandstone.co.uk. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place your order applies to that purchase.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the UK nation in which our business is established. This does not remove any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
