Delivery Times

Please allow approximately 8–13 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

Our estimated shipping timeline is:

Processing & dispatch: Approximately 3–5 working days
Delivery after dispatch: Approximately 8–13 working days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delivery may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using tracked air shipping where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Customs & Duties

We use tax-free/duty-free shipping services where available. However, customs requirements can vary depending on the destination, and Halo & Stone cannot guarantee that additional charges will never be applied by local authorities.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, your jewellery may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. Don’t worry if one item arrives before another — the remainder of your order may still be on its way.
