At Halo & Stone, we want your jewellery to arrive safely, ready for you to enjoy.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing and dispatch: approximately 3–5 working days.
- Delivery after dispatch: approximately 8–13 working days.
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 11–18 working days from placing your order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All delivery dates are estimates. Busy periods, customs checks or courier delays may occasionally affect arrival times.
Shipping charges
Any delivery charge, or eligibility for free delivery, will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
We use tracked air shipping where available. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details where provided.
Tracking information may take a little time to update after dispatch.
Orders with multiple items
Your items may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.
Customs and duties
We use tax-free or duty-free shipping services where available. However, we cannot guarantee that additional charges will never be applied by customs authorities.
Delivery problems
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or you need help with delivery, email shop@haloandstone.co.uk with your order number.
We’ll help investigate and resolve the issue. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
